新型コロナウイルスの対応について/Our office policy for COVID-19
新型コロナウイルスが流行しており、『指定感染症』となりました。また、3月2日からは全国の公立小中高等学校が休校とされるなど、社会的にも大きな影響が出ています。
当院では従前より院内感染防止のために、口腔内ミラーやバキュームチューブ、クリーニング用ラバーカップに至るまでディスポーザブルのものを使用し、タービンなどの口腔内に入れる器具は全て患者さんごとに滅菌サイクルに組みこまれています。もちろん手袋の使い回しなどは致しておりません。
今のところ当院は通常通りに診療をしておりますが、万が一の院内での感染拡大や、患者さんの感染リスクを防ぎ、患者さんに安心して受診していただけるように、以下の点についてご協力をお願いいたします。
We have always used disposable items such as oral mirrors, vacuum tubes, and cleaning rubber cups to prevent infection. In addition, all devices such as turbines that are put in the mouth are sterilized for each patient. Of course, we do not reuse gloves. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, please pay close attention to the following.
来院をお控えいただきたい患者さん/Patients who need to refrain from visiting
- 風邪症状（咳・だるさ・呼吸困難のある方）
Cold symptoms (those who have cough, dullness, or difficulty breathing) - 嗅覚や味覚の異常が続いている方
Those who continue to have abnormal olfaction or taste - 風邪薬や解熱剤を服用中の方
Those who taking cold remedies or antipyretics - 37.5度以上の発熱がある方
Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or more - 海外から帰国されて14日以内の方
Those who have returned from abroad within 14 days - 上記にが該当する方と同居されている方

当院へご来院の際のお願い/Requests when visiting us
- 受付の混雑を防ぐため、付き添いの方はなるべく1名までとしてください。
We allow that only one companion can come with the patient to prevent congestion in the reception area. - 入り口に消毒液を置いていますので、付き添いの方も含め必ず手指消毒をお願いいたします。
Please wash and sanitize your hands at the entrance of the office. - 診療終了後も手洗いをしてお帰りください。
Please wash and sanitize your hands after the treatment too.

- 出勤しているスタッフは全員毎日健康チェックをし、来院をお控えいただく患者さんと同条件での勤務となります。
All the staff members will check the health every day and work under the same conditions as the patients who refrain from visiting E-Smile. - 換気をよくする為、入り口を定期的に開放、診療室内の窓を常時開放しております。まだ肌寒い日もありますので、防寒用の服などをご準備ください。
For ventilation, the entrance is opened regularly and the windows in the clinic are always open. It’s still cold on some days, so please bring clothes for cold weather.

- イースマイルは普段から院内感染を防ぐために、患者さんごとの全ての器具の滅菌、使い捨て器具の使用などを行っていますが、これらに加えて患者さんが触れる部分のアルコール消毒などを徹底して行っています。

当面、ブラッシングコーナーの歯磨き粉やフロスを撤去致します。ご自身のものをお持ちください。ご希望の方には販売もしております。歯ブラシはご用意しています。
We will remove toothpaste and floss at the brushing area. Please bring your own. Toothpaste and floss can be purchased if needed. Toothbrush is free to use.
- イースマイルは普段から院内感染を防ぐために、患者さんごとの全ての器具の滅菌、使い捨て器具の使用などを行っていますが、これらに加えて患者さんが触れる部分のアルコール消毒などを徹底して行っています。

- 現金はアルコール消毒しておりますが、なるべくキャッシュレス決済（お振り込み・カード決済・PayPayでのお支払い）をお願いいたします。
Please cooperate with cashless payment. - アポイントカードを廃止いたします。次回アポイントについてはデンタルモニタリングアプリもしくはラインにお送りいたします。
We no longer give you appointment cards. Next appointment will be sent to Dental Monitoring App or LINE. - イースマイルライブラリーの書籍、雑誌類は当面撤去しております。
Books and magazines cannot be read for a while. - ゲーム機もアルコール消毒しておりますが、今後の状況によっては使用中止などの対応を取ることになるかもしれません。
The game machine is also disinfected with alcohol, but depending on the future situation, we may ask you to stop using it.

アポイントについて/About your appointment

外出を減らし、患者さんの感染リスクを減らすためにアポイントの調節をさせていただきます。
We will adjust your appointments to reduce your risk of infection.-
定期観察中の方（保定中の方、初期治療から本格治療の間の方など）で特に異常を感じておられない方はアポイントを延長します。
The appointment will be extended for those who do not feel any abnormality during regular observation (such as those who are on retention or between Phase1 treatment and Phase2 treatment). -
インビザライン治療中の方で遠隔診療システムデンタルモニタリング(DM)（下記記述）を使用している方は、DMのチェックで問題なければアポイントを延長します。
If you are on Invisalign treatment and are using dental monitoring, you can extend the appointment if there is no problem with the DM check. -
インビザライン治療中の方でDMを使用されておらず、特に関西圏以外の遠方から通院されている方も、お口の写真などをお送りいただき、特に問題なさそうであればアポイントを延長します。
If you are on Invisalign treatment and visiting us from afar, please send us a picture of your mouth with aligner and we will extend your appointment if there is no particular problem. -
アポイント延長の際、お渡しできる枚数のアライナーを送付させていただきます。
We will send you as many aligners as possible when extending your appointment. -
診断コンサルテーションなど、処置を伴わないアポイントの方で、ご希望の方はネット会議システムを用いて遠隔でのコンサルテーションに対応します（お問い合わせください）。
If you are an appointment that does not involve any treatment such as a diagnostic consultation, we will support remote consultation using the online conference system if you would like to do so (please contact us).

遠隔診療システムについて
当院では本年よりAIを用いた遠隔診療システムを導入いたしました。通院しなければならない回数を減らしつつ、より頻繁にお口をチェックできるシステムです。昨年以前に治療を開始された患者さんにも導入可能ですので、希望される方にはご連絡をいただければと思います。

新型コロナウイルスに関する相談、受診の目安について
なお、厚労省より示されている新型コロナウイルスに関する相談、受診の目安は下記になります。
・風邪の症状や37.5度以上の熱が4日以上続く方（解熱剤を飲み続けなければならない方も含みます）
・強いだるさや息苦しさ（呼吸困難）がある方
※高齢者や糖尿病、心不全、呼吸疾患などの基礎疾患のある方や透析、免疫抑制剤や抗がん剤等を服用されている方は上記症状が2日以上続く場合
14 日以内に新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行地域から帰国したか、または新型コロナウイルス感染症の患者さんと濃厚な接触があった方は各都道府県の「帰国者・接触者相談センター」へご連絡ください。
